Every participant that submits feedback on Qualinim an thus contributes to improvements is called Qualinator.

QUALINATOR OF THE MONTH/YEAR

A Qualinator that submits especially valuable feedback within a certain period can be awarded as Qualinator of the month/year.

Companies can promote special rewards for them to foster engagement.

MASTER QUALINATOR

The person that administrates the Qualinim Excellence Program of a company is called Master Qualinator. They are responsible for the correct setup and ongoing maintenance of the account as well as the instruction and motivation of the other employees.

To become a Master Qualinator you need to pass a test. Alternatively you can book our consulting services and we provide a professional Master Qualinator.
